A 10-week program created to transform & deepen your understanding of self through yoga
- 8 weeks of online learning,
- guided by our Flow Yoga International course manual,
- with weekly Zoom check-ins with our lead trainers.
- More than asana and anatomy,
- you will uncover a profound understanding of yourself through movement, inquiry, and community connection.
- Followed by a FINAL RETREAT WEEK in picturesque Cambutal, Panama
- to integrate and align with all that you are learning and experiencing.
